NEW LISTING - Great family home just 2 blocks to the beach access, and a short walk to town with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, jetted tub, living and family room. Nice kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils, dishes provided, plus a nice dining area adjacent to the kitchen. Large flat screen TV with cable in living room. One bedroom is downstairs with a full size bed. There is also one full bath downstairs between the kitchen and the additional family/game room. Upstairs you'll find the Master Bedroom which has a Queen bed, flat screen mounted TV, plus door to the upper level deck, great for sunning! Also upstairs you'll find another Queen bedroom, plus 4th bedroom which has a Full size bed and one Twin bed.
Fireplace is no longer operational as of 11/23/23
Sleeps maximum of 8 people, (9 if one person is age 3 or younger). No smoking, parking for 3 cars parked all in the driveway.

Very nice home, close to downtown and beach. Very accommodating for our group of ladies.

The place was cute and charming. But there were dirty dishes in the plates cupboard, and worse yet, the bed sheets in downstairs bedroom had pubic hairs on them. This was swiftly rectified by the cleaning staff, thank goodness!
