The River Belle overlooks the Necanicum River, also offering a dog-friendly policy, a private hot tub, and a very spacious interior. Within a couple of blocks of downtown and the convention center and an easy walk to the beach, this large home is sure to please. Inside, you find a large living room with a grand gas fireplace. This is a great place for the family to gather, with an adjacent formal dining room. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen is the perfect place for the kids to play board games. There are two bedrooms and one full bath downstairs. Upstairs, you find two more bedrooms and a full bath. This home also has two sleeper sofas.
This local family home is decorated in authentic glass fishing floats, shells, ship models, shipwreck pictures, and other nautical decor sure to set the mood. It's a true Seaside home! Outside is a deck overlooking the river, complete with patio furniture. You'll also find a covered patio, great for a family BBQ, picnic, or morning cup of coffee. This home comes with a BBQ, clam guns, and a crab pot. You can fish and crab in your own backyard.

This is a great place to stay. Its a charming older home/cottage right on the river and close enough to walk to town. It was nice to leave the cars and just walk into town and to the beach, but it is far enough out of the main area that it was nice and quiet at night. We played games, drank morning coffee and ate some meals on the deck by the river. Watched the ducks and a great blue heron every day. Beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space. Nice living room furniture and table for people to hang out together. Bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, hot tub, floors, main area were nice and clean. I'd rate it higher except that the home is older and well lived in- (bedroom carpets, marks on walls, beds, pots & pans, windows, creaky stairs etc), and the oven wasn't reliable. Our family had a great time, but some people might be more bothered by these things. Dishwasher, fridge, showers etc all worked well. Really cute interior decorating inside, big TV worked well, living room furniture nice and clean like new, very tidy.

We loved that the house was within walking distance of the downtown area. The chairs and view on the river were very nice. The hot tub was great! The space inside the house easily accomodated all 11 of us.

This was are 23rd year and I have rented houses from Vrbo before and usually really happy with the rentals. I'm not sure why it went through Vacasa but there were cobwebs on ceiling and walls my guest and I thought it definitely could be cleaner. There was a dining room chair that the legs were so loose that we moved it so no one would get hurt if it collapsed and put a note on to get it fixed. I wish we had taken photos. The outside covered area would look way nicer if someone took a shop vac and cleaned out all the webs and bugs.
