Géranimus 36A : Heart of Paris

The location is ideal. Located on the top floor (4th), it has a wonderful view of the plaza from the terrace (btw - as of October 2026, the terrace was shrouded in construction scaffolding and semi-opaque safety netting. The view is obstructed but still pleasant to sit with the giant windows open. There are tons of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The RER is a 2 minute walk across the plaza (admire the fountain on the way past). It had 2 mini AC units which came in clutch during our stay! The unit was clean, had the basics in the kitchen and bathroom. The washer AND dryer was a godsend. We were able to go back home with clean laundry lol.

The stairs. While we did not mind them at all, I feel that prospective visitors should be aware of the very steep and narrow steps - especially near the top, at the actual apartment. That being said, it’s a French apartment, space is at a premium. The second floor bedroom and bathroom is accessed by a steep staircase that was best handled like a ladder when descending. Nevertheless, we loved the space and would stay here again.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, the only difficult thing about the space is that there are a LOT of stairs, so just keep that in mind if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. When you go outside, there are a lot of restaurants and it's easily accessible to the train

We asked for more linens, such as towels, but we were only given exactly 2 for 2 guests. It would have been nice to have more linens especially considering that we were there for 5 days, also it would have been nice if the balcony had a light to use when sitting outside at night

De locatie was perfect.

Het warme water was zaterdagochtend op toen ik wilde douchen..

Great location!

The bathroom smell was pretty bad!
