Posizione centrale, vicino alla metro. La sera il quartiere si riempie per gli innumerevoli locali presenti nelle vicinanze. È comodo per chi vuole uscire la sera, ma sono rispettosi ed alle 02:00 non c’è più rumore. Aria condizionata perfetta.
Mancanza di un angolo cottura ed un lavabo dedicato. Lo spazio lo permetterebbe ma immagino che rovinerebbe il design. Peccato perché se fosse un appartamento completo sarebbe uno dei migliori. La temperatura della vasca idromassaggio è leggermente elevata anche se impostata a 35 °C.

Muitas falhas para apartamento. Não tem cozinha ou kitchnet, disponível máquina de café de cápsula, e chaleira, mas não tinha o chá, também tem microondas. Não tem suportes para toalhas de banho, não tem prateleira para os produtos de higiene pessoal, nem no duche para pousar as toalhas.
