Great location, nice bathroom, spacious bedrooms, easy to access
Tiny family area, not enough toilet paper or any paper towels, the stairs weren’t exciting after a long day

Posizione favolosa, dietro agli Uffizi. Camere e bagno puliti e forniti di tutti i comfort. Materasso comodo. Oscar (il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi) è stato molto gentile e professionale. Molto comodo anche il kit per la doccia con shampoo e saponetta
Niente in particolare, solo i cuscini sono tutti un po' troppo morbidi, magari nell'armadio uno più duretto potrebbe fare comodo.

Location is superb! Uffizzi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio is 3 minutes away. Comfortable beds, enough space for 5 persons. Very clean.
Noisy street, although for us it wasn't a problem. The apartment is on the third floor so it might be a problem for elderly persons.

WIFI doesn’t work. There were 3 staff come to fix. But it wasn’t fixed during 3-day stay. It is inconvenient for one friend needs to work from home.
