- Apartment is about 90 square meters and is on the third floor
- Internal layout of flat ensures privacy of all guests
- Flat can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and up to a maximum of 7 guests

The location was close to everything. The apartment was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone to not be on top of eachother. Appreciated the large drying rack and hamper when taking the clothes out of the washer. Some of the bedrooms had power strips, which was a great help. The little things make a huge difference. Be prepared to walk up ALOT of stairs. The shower was a little small. It did get a little noisy at night but that’s the trade off for an amazing location.

2 bedrooms and a toilet room, plus a separate shower room made for a great stay. Excellent washing machine that was larger than most apartment sized washers was a bonus. The AC was great! Spacious apartment a short walk to the Duomo, or the Arno depending on which direction you choose to go. Yes there are 4 flights of stairs but we got used to it by the 3rd day :-)

First time in Florence but location cannot be beat. Steps from one of the world’s best sandwich shops, steps from the Uffizi, this is A+ location. The place was spacious and the nine flights of stairs was great exercise! Instructions were simple and easy to follow and while we were there, Alessandro was easy to be in touch with. All in all, a great place to stay in Florence!

The apartment was absolutely perfect. The location cannot be beat, steps away from everything you will want to see in Florence. The apartment is spacious, has everything you would need, and the host is wonderful. The café down stairs was a wonderful place to get a cappuccino and breakfast to eat in the lovely kitchen. Would recommend this apartment to all
