Kitchen microwave did not work. It would be nice to have a coffee maker of sorts. The hall bath shower needs repair. The plastic curtain is not a solution. Overall the apartment fit our needs with a great central walkable location to the attractions and events we had planned.Attendance to repair details would raise the rating
