Location is absolutely perfect, couldn't be more central! Having two bathrooms is very convenient, air conditioning worked great and the patio-balcony is fantastic for breakfast.
The check-in process with having to send passports and face scans of all guests is a hassle and a bit of a privacy issue. You only get one key. Not a real problem since you can leave it in the lock box, but one time one of us took the key and the others could not get back in.

Location is within 5 minute walk to Uffizi. The exit from Uffizi is directly across the street. Very spacious. Beds very comfortable
Many stairs to enter. Was loud at night due to location. Did not really bother sleep as we were exhausted from busy days. Internet was spotty.

Na primeira noite esquecemos a chave dentro da acomodação e houve atendimento para abrir a porta, anfitriã (o) providenciou .
Não gostamos de subir 4 andares de escada, éramos 3 (três) idosas, um bebê com carrinho, o que muito dificultou o acesso ao apartamento. E ainda dentro do apartamento havia uma escada para acesso ao quarto superior. O banheiro com teto muito baixo, bati a cabeça várias vezes, havia um degrau grande dentro do banheiro, sem nenhuma faixa de aviso. Chuveiro não mantinha a temperatura estável, variava de muito frio a muito quente, risco de queimaduras. Solicitamos berço para a bebê, mas informaram que não havia.
