La localisation et l’espace spacieux. Confort des lieux. Pouvoir y faire la lessive. Facilité avec la petite boîte pour les clés. Épicerie à proximité. Facilité à communiquer avec le propriétaire pour régler un petit problème d’évier.
Manque un peu d’équipement ( linge pour essuyer la vaisselle, épingles à linge) Propreté du plancher à notre arrivée.

Pas de parking gratuit comme indiqué. Nous avons finalement opté pour un parking couvert a 20 min a pied. Salle de bain petite mais convient pour quelques jours.

Appartement cosy, proche de la gare. Idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre! L’équipement est suffisant pour quelques jours ! L’hôte est vraiment arrangeant. Les commerces, restaurants et le port sont facilement accessibles !
Petit bémol, il manque une éponge et du produit vaisselle, mais ce n’est qu’un détail ! Nous n’avons pas eu de chance, l’ascenseur était en panne donc nous avons dû monter les 80 marches avec la valise

Excelente alojamiento para conocer la Spezia y Cinque Terre.
La ubicación, excelente para conocer la Spezia y moverte por los pueblos del Cinque Terre. Tiene supermercados, panadería y restaurantes cerca. Estación de tren a 5 minutos caminando. El apartamento cuenta con menaje de cocina para poder cocinar y aceite, sal , azúcar…básicos que se agradecen un montón. Barrio tranquilo.
Quizás la limpieza podría mejorar.
