The location is perfect. Close to the Hotspots, but far away enough to not be in the noise of the Party-Area. Tai, the host is an great guy. We didn't spoke often, but whenever I needed something he was very quick at responding. Also he was very kind with giving me some more time before check-out because I needed to wait a long time for my next flight.

Actually can't name anything. For a private room, on this location it was pretty much perfect. Maybe a little thing; waterpressure from the shower.

Definitely you get what you pay for. Stayed 6 nights and the location is good in district one. AC worked well.

Tv wasn’t working, staff told me they would fix it but didn’t. Also some unprofessional texting about that. I could handle it easily but you hear a lot of sounds, also in the night. You have to pay through an envelope in a mailbox in the lobby. Haven’t seen any staff at all (I didn’t mind but I get if people don’t want that)

Close to city center and super quiet chill alley.

Although we stayed during the national days, there was absolutely no one to help us at the hostel. You could clearly see that the place was left kinda of abandoned. This is not a big thing but TV didn’t work (it said on booking it was working) and the air con everyday threw less and less cold. Bathroom was pretty moldy, as well as the ceiling fan that also had a lot of dusts (clear sign that the room hasn’t been cleaned in a long time). Pillows had a damp smell and some tiny stains that made us feel like they were not changed. Although the person who guided us via whatsapp for everything was very polite, he said he would send someone over to give us sheets and towels, but there was absolutely no sign of life during our stay. Maybe it was a cultural barrier since we’ve just arrived in Vietnam or maybe really this place is not worth it more than 2 days.
