Convenient location to restaurants, BenThan Market, City bus, Metro and WalkingStreet. Great value and owner was very helpful.
I am 70 and it was up 4 narrow flights of stairs which was hard for me. Owner carried the luggage up and down which helped. The bed is quite hard and it is a wet bath but that is standard for SE Asia.

Location was great, just steps away from the famous walking street, yet far enough from the noisy all night partying at the main street. Beds were firm and comfortable. The owners don't speak a word of English but are very friendly and helpful using Google Translate, they even give a complimentary water bottle upon arrival.
Hard to find, it's located in an alleyway and no sign on the building.
