    Urban Lodge Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City — no one should stay at this hotel. The owner was extremely rude and arrogant, and my experience with her was one of the worst I’ve ever had in Vietnam. There is no swimming pool or elevator, and overall the hotel did not meet my expectations at all. This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and unfortunately, my trip was negatively affected by this experience. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel.

    The location is good, and the room is nice too. But the positive aspects are worthless if the most important information about the accommodation is false or missing. First: The property is listed on the Agoda website as having a pool. It doesn't have a pool, nor has it ever had one. It's a small property of 5 floor with a total of eight rooms. Second: There's no elevator, and there's no one at reception to help you with your luggage to go up more than 50 steps if you're staying on the third floor, or many more if you're on the fourth. There's usually no one at reception; there's a sign with a phone number to call in case of emergency. Third: It's false that it's a hotel, and it's certainly not a three-star hotel as it appears on Agoda. At most, it's a one-star guesthouse. The worst part is that after informing the property owner and Agoda that the pool photos were fake, several days later, the property is still listed as having a pool on the Agoda website.
