Right in the heart of Pham Ngu Lao, everything is just steps away – food, nightlife, coffee shops!!! Staff super friendly, always smiling, helped me with everything from taxis to local tips. Room was clean, comfy, AC strong (bless!!). Totally coming back!!

I had a deluxe room, which had a balcony, with a view of the neighbors' apartments. We were asked to take off our shoes at the entrance to the hotel, so a strong point of the hotel is cleanliness
The hotel is located on a street perpendicular to Buen Viet street, so until 5 am we heard music from the bars on this street. The dining room is located in the lobby of the reception.

The location was the good part. Being close to a lot of places at a walkable distance & eateries open almost entire night, although it’s located in a dingy narrow lane, which might be a turn off for some of us!
The room selected & paid for by us was never given. We were told all categories of rooms are same & your choice of room as shown in the pictures/ description is not available. Instead of getting a deluxe room with a view/ balcony, we were given a box room without even a window. The mugs were not clean, lights in the bathroom were fused, the drainage was not clear, the basin pipe was leaking below.
