Chez Mimosa Local - Free Laundry

This property ticked all the boxes for me: - Clean room - comfortable, clean bed with crisp sheets - clean bathroom with strong shower - quiet, efficient air conditioning - good location The staff were friendly and helpful too. I was initially put off because you have to walk down an alleyway to reach the property. However, the feature of being set back from the road meant you could not hear all the street noises/traffic from your room. The breakfast room is across the alleyway run by this slightly bossy, but lovely, old lady who makes delicious homemade jam and yoghurt. (Most other breakfast options available on request). It was a very pleasant and somewhat entertaining experience.

The only downside is that it doesn't have a lift. The receptionist carries your bags to and from the room so that is not a problem but if you don't like stairs, then maybe this place isn't for you. But we didn't mind and saw it as a fitness bonus! Also, I'm not sure why the property title has "free laundry" - there's nothing free about it.

The hotel staff offer excellent service. They contact guests in advance to confirm arrival time and relevant details, and rooms are reserved according to guests’ requirements. During our trip, we had a minor emergency and needed to print documents, which the hotel helped us sort out perfectly. Besides, the complimentary laundry service was such a blessing for us after a week of travelling. Our washed clothes were neatly folded and delivered back to our room, which we greatly appreciate. All team members are proactive, patient and ready to assist guests. The breakfast is quite substantial with attentive staff who keep an eye on diners’ experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. While the exterior may not look impressive, the stay experience is fantastic.

The hotel is located in a noisy area. The surrounding neighborhood feels somewhat like a wet market. The environment is unpleasant, and the surroundings are rather dirty and messy. But this is not the hotel’s fault.

The best memory of Vietnam trip is I met a lovely owner, flower. Also the staff are all kind and friendly;)

Staff was good, near to airport around 8 km

Very small room and quite costly, taxi prices were very high
