    I enjoyed my stay greatly and everything was nice and clean with beautiful decorations in the room. The rules are clear and easy to understand with nothing out of the ordinary. The check-in process is self services but the instructions are clearly explained before check-in with photos of where to go and where to collect the keycard and the location of the lobby with clear photos. The towels were a bit small and not the best quality. The bed sheets, pillows and couch were all nice. Bed firm but comfortable. Balcony is small but clean and can use for smoking with the door closed behind which is nice to have. There is a washing machine with plenty of coathangers and a place to hang clothes outside, just have to get some washing liquid from the 7/11. The air-conditioning works well and you don't need to put below 23, 25 is a good setting. There is a microwave and there was also drinking water too with a small kitchen that includes some plates and utensils. There is rubbish drop off location on each floor so you can take the rubbish out of the room and place in the big bins in the rubbish room next to the lift which was nice so you don't have to wait until rubbish day to take it out of the room. It would be nice to have a broom and dustpan for in between cleaning days. They do come to clean the room, once a week I think and that is nice to have for an apartment at this price. Security at the building seem friendly and were helping other people there which they didn't have to do. So overall it was a really good stay and I enjoyed the room, will be back again just because it is so good.

    A fine stay for a couple nights. It’s a serviced apartment so no cleaning throughout your stay. Big apartments but are getting a bit worn in areas. Shower pressure was terrible. Generally however it is a good stay.

    Phòng sạch sẽ, chủ nhà thân thiện, vị trí khá gần trung tâm. Nhược điểm là gần chợ nên một số tuyến đường gần chugn cư hơi bẩn, không tiện cho việc đi bộ. Cách âm với bên ngoài khá tốt nhưng cách âm giữa các tầng hơi kém.

    Decent apartment but only cleaned once during my 6-day stay. Quite a walk to Ben Tanh market and other key sites in District 1, 15-20 mins. Some nice food nearby. If not for the washing machine, I would have chosen a place nearer to BTM. Staff was not very firendly amd minimal toiletries in the bathroom.
