    Our first day did not start very smoothly. Before arrival, we had already arranged and agreed on a chargeable airport pickup service with the host at a reasonable price. However, when we arrived, we could not find the driver and there was no response on WhatsApp. In the end, we took our own Grab to the accommodation, which was easy and convenient, so it was not a major issue. Secondly, upon check-in, we had already provided copies of all our passports to the receptionist and assumed everything was completed. However, at around 2am on the first night, the owner knocked loudly on our room door until everyone woke up. Two owners stood outside asking to take photos of our passports again. We explained that passport copies had already been given earlier, but they still requested another copy at 2am, which felt uncomfortable and could have been handled better. Thirdly, the toilet flush had an issue on the second day of our stay. We informed the owner and someone came after a while to fix it. Overall, our stay was okay. Considering the price we paid, I would say it was still worth it. The location was convenient and close to many attractions and activities. Thank you.

    It was all good, until the airport transfer for arrival - we arranged pick up however there was no one holding my name as I’m being told. We went to find one by one then contacted the person who assisted in this booking & airport transfer arrangement. Apparently the lady did not hold my name up hence we can’t find anyone. The paper with my name was folded up instead? So we wasted a lot of time in the airport. During day of check out, we requested for late check out 1pm and was agreed by the person in charge. To our surprise, a stranger came into our house unit and mentioned that they are checking in now. (The house is not cleaned and we have not returned the 2 keys we are holding onto, how did someone came into the house with another pair of keys? ) our belongings are still openly in the house. When being asked, the person in charge mentioned that she has overlooked it. Still stay with caution, someone may come into the house to your surprise. It is not safe. Toilet & kitchen is also dirty and not all areas are well maintained or clean up properly. Sometimes you can hear people jumping not soundproof. The house is filled with dust as well. Only view is not too bad, able to see some key venues.
