Botanic House Saigon

We had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly spacious compared to our previous accommodation. Because the property is tucked away in a side alley, it is very quiet and peaceful at night. The owners are so friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you for your hospitality! However, there are two areas where I'd like to offer some constructive feedback. First, it would be much better to have an extra safety lock on the door instead of relying solely on the regular doorknob lock. Second, the window blinds offer limited privacy because there are small gaps on the sides. This makes the room somewhat visible from the outside, especially at night when the lights are on. Even though we were on the 3rd floor, it felt like people in adjacent buildings could see in. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon!

Beautiful large, clean room just far enough in off the street to make it quiet. Good location for exploring. Ten minutes walk to markets and many options for foods/drinks close by

The location of the apartment is very good.

There was a lot of dirt in the rooms. On the table, on the sofa, seats, air vents, everywhere :( The furniture looked very weared. The photos do not reflect reality, be warned! The breakfast is included in the price, however it is not prepared on place, but bought and brought by the owner. The choice is very limited.
