Nice place to live in ho chi minh.affordable and feels like staying in 4 star accommodation.

We had an amazing stay in Otis. The host quickly responds to our query and needs. Thus, the property is accessible, safe (gated property with digital lock), and pleasant. However, there are just things that needs to be improved especially the shower drainage in our bathroom, it keeps on getting clogged which leads the water to overflow every after shower, we reported it and action was taken but the same thing still happened every other day. I hope this will be fixed and improved. Also, I hope they can add slippers in the room. Overall, we had a nice stay, they responded quickly to our query, instructions were clear, the neighborhood is accessible to food/marts/pharmacies and most especially our favorite dessert/drink, Ngot Ngao and Mr. Chien happily assisted us in our luggage going to the 2nd floor.
