Stayed for the month of March and it was wonderful. The house was as listed and the owner was great to deal with. We totally enjoyed the pool, the kayaks, and the flat top grill for cooking outside. On the first day of spring, we saw a mama and baby manatee in the canal. Another day, we saw a nurse shark. The last weekend of the month, we enjoyed the NAS airshow from the house.

We enjoyed the house so very much. It has everything you would need, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Everything you would need for cooking and eating. Just can’t say enough about the outdoor sitting space we sat out there every night. We go to key west for the fishing the house has a freezer, which made it convenient for us to keep our bait and ice machine for plenty of ice. A really nice canal and dock for a boat or fishing which we did quite a bit catching snapper, grouper and grunts. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone. It is a five star we had a great time. A big thanks to Sam and Rachel our host.

This was a great property just a few minutes drive away from all the action in Key West. The listing is accurate, with three bedrooms: a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a guest room with a queen bed, another guest room with bunk queen beds, and a second bathroom.
While the indoor space is great, the jewel of the property is the outside space, with a pool, nice patio furniture, an outdoor TV, and great views of the canal. At one point we had seven people staying in the house and it accommodated us easily.
Sam was incredibly responsive to any questions, responding to texts promptly the few times we had questions. And while for the most part everything worked great, one time we had a plumbing issue, and Sam had a plumber come on Christmas day to fix it!
The location is great as well. The neighborhood is suburban and friendly, and it takes just a few minutes to get into Key West.
Overall a great stay!
