quiet, private, cafe on site, extremely friendly staff, spray with mosquito spray multiple times a day
far from everything- groceries and restaurants.
very pricey too, encountered water bugs/roaches … just like any other apartment near water though

the pool is nice.
the restaurant service lack a variety. it should have creative themes. the food is so flat, same all the days. I would have preferred an extra TV on the master bedroom.
