There is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 queen beds that can fit 2 people each bed. One king bed that can fit 3 people. There is 1 bathroom on the second floor and 1 bathroom in the first floor. There is two dicks one in the back and one in the front.
Guest access
The guests will be able to have access on everything in the house. However, there is nothing that can be taken.
Other things to note
The place is filled with everything needed. We also have internet and Tv now. Moreover, please keep in mind that the house is new and there is a lot of antiques so if you have children please keep any thing that can be broken away.

Peaceful environment, cozy home. House was clean, beds were fabulous! Was greeted immediately through the nest camera. Owner was very responsive when contacted, had there been a House Binder I wouldn't have had to bother her; she shared she planned on creating one. Disappointed the beach area shown in pictures did not exist, which was one of the biggest draws for us selecting this house. Water was several feet deep, no way to access the area pictured from the property. (we ended up cutting our vacation short a day because of this) Otherwise, we would have given a 5-star rating.

This beach house was beautiful and relaxing. You had everything we needed. All we needed to do was bring ourselves and the fun!

We really enjoyed our week at the house being away from everything, often going out on the deck to enjoy the awesome views of the water, sounds of the waves, and walking along the beach at low tide. Even with the bad items below, we still had a great time.
The Good
- Deck goes right up to the water
- Very quiet area even with other houses close by
- House has all the amenities so you can grab groceries for the week and cook at the house
- One room with king bed and other 3 with queen that worked perfect for the full house we had
- Multiple seats and bench on the large back deck to enjoy awesome views
- Walking along the beach & quiet road
- Nice neighbors
The Bad
- No instructions of any sort when we got there including how to get on Wi-Fi because cell signal is extremely weak
- Found out from the host near the end of our stay that we were responsible for taking ALL trash with us. Needless to say, a full house of people all week amounted to multiple garbage bags and a bit of excitement.
- When we got there: downstairs tub was stopped up & upstairs toilet wouldn't flush right. We fixed both.
- Back sliding glass door wouldn't lock and no stick to manually brace it closed/locked.
- Pictures don't match what was there. Although pictures have TVs in the rooms, they had all been removed.
- Enough space between stair rails that kids can fit through (our 6 year old could)
- No hand towels and limited large towels so bring your own
$$$$
