About this house rental
Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at our renovated, well-appointed, centrally-located home! This home is nestled in a small, quiet community outside of the hustle and bustle of town which is only minutes away! You will have the entire property to yourselves!
Pull into the large driveway with parking for many vehicles. Bring your trailer, boat or even RV!
Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the front porch and beautiful sunsets from the back patio while enjoying the firepit. It is a star gazing paradise!
Walk into the kitchen open to the living and dining rooms with beautiful quartz countertops with seating for four, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave & dishwasher), a touchless faucet, and a keurig. Kcups are provided. All of the tools needed to cook are there including Emerils pots and pans, utensils, flatware, glasses and nice dishes. Just bring the food and drinks!
The dining room has a great view through the french doors to the larger than a football field sized fully fenced in backyard. The gorgeous 100 year old solid dining table is classy and can seat a large crowd!
The living room is full of natural light. It is welcoming with a beautiful pellet stove fireplace with mantle and a large tv above with streaming services and channels, premium Martin Logan audio, built ins and has plenty of comfortable seating. These three rooms have brand new flooring, paint and decor. Photos coming soon!
The master bedroom has a sleep number CA King with a zippered mattress cover and adjustable base, new pillows with zippered protective covers, 2 large closets, a tv, new flooring, paint and decor. Linens are included.
Just off the master bedroom is the private master bathroom. This full bath has travertine floors, shower, toilet and sink with vanity. It has new paint and decor. Towels and basics are included with your stay.
The freshly painted two bedrooms each have full beds with pull out twin beds. The brand new mattresses and pillows each have new zippered protective covers. The decor is fun and inviting!
Each and every bed in the home has comfortable bedding freshly made just for you and your guests. An extra set is provided in the event of accidents or spills.
The hall bathroom has a full tub and shower, toilet and vanity with sink. It has been freshly painted and has new decor. Towels and hair dryer are included.
Behind the beautiful, handcrafted barn doors, there is a washer and dryer! Laundry detergent is provided.
Both bath and beach towels are provided!
Comfortability and cleanliness are our goals with central air(new filter installed), electric heat, pellet stove connected to the thermostat for heat (pellets are provided), hot water heater AND an air purifier. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom and the living room.
This much loved home is kept meticulously clean. It is warm and welcoming with high end finishes, so you will feel you are at your home away from home. You may not want to leave!
Drink your morning coffee and watch the sunrise sitting in the comfortable chairs on the front porch. This is the perfect spot to watch the hummingbirds feed from May until October.
The exterior is wonderful with 1.5 acres of fenced in and private backyard. It has a deck and stone patio with patio lights and a fire pit off the dining room. Wood can be purchased locally or bring your own!
The huge grassy backyard is great for sports such as soccer, lacrosse and baseball. There is a large net that can be used for each sport.
But wait... there's more!
There is a 25'x60' blacktop pad in the backyard with a basketball hoop! A basketball is included.
For your safety and security, there are brand new smoke detectors, brand new CO detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and security cameras on the EXTERIOR only!
