You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

Parking
Driveway and garage parking is available. Street parking is also permitted as long as driveways are not blocked and cars in driveways do not block the sidewalks. There is additional spill over parking vailable at the clubhouse which is just a 2 minute walk from your home.

Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have security camera(s) and / or video doorbells installed outside of the living space of the house. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

This is advertised as a 4 bedroom, this is 3 with an office with bunk bed. Not able to use TV in living room had to stream using our accts. There was an Xfinity remote but no cable tv floors were sandy when we came in. Not complaining. Just fyi for next guest

Our family had such a wonderful time at your property! Plenty of room for all 8 members of our family. The location was perfect, the house was beautiful and spotless.

Property new, nicely appointed, comfy and in nice neighborhood development a few miles from the Delaware beaches. We enjoyed the week in the rental home and at the area beaches. Audry in the management office was friendly and helpful in clarifying the pet situation (since the home was advertised as pet-friendly but in the contract it said pets were strictly forbidden) and also arranged to help us replace the microwave within 24 hrs when it broke down during Wednesday's dinner preparation. However, we were surprised to learn after booking that sheets, pillowcases, and towels had to be rented separately at a cost of several hundred dollars in spite of the substantial service fees. In many years of renting beach properties, we have never before had to pay extra to have linens and towels provided. Checkout time was also early, 10 am the final Saturday, and apparently not subject to any flexibility.
