Beautiful spacious and comfortable home. Community amenities including the fitness center a must, pool and slide was super fun for all ages. House was both pristine AND pet friendly. Our dog loved the enclosed yard and there were dog-friendly beaches a reasonable drive from the property. Would definitely recommend highly for a family vacation!

Everything was great. We had a great time. We were disappointed that the swim up restaurant/bar was closed. The listing should reflect that until it’s reopened. It was longer to drive to the beach than we thought. But other than that we enjoyed the location, house property and clubhouse amenities.

My family of 4 (18 and 14) and friends went to the beach and rented this very new house. The house is really well laid out with the master and amazing bathroom tucked in the back corner of the house and a separate room upstairs with lounge I started fondly calling “apartment B” or “teenager wing”. The pools in the community center are really great and when we were not at the beach, we were at this pool all 4th of July week. I also enjoyed both Lewes and rehoboth from this location all inside of 10 min drive. We will be back for sure.
