Great place, easy walking distance into the town perfect

The bathroom was amazing. The shower was lovely. Kitchen facilities couldn’t fault it at all room size was great. The mattress was a little uncomfortable and the next door house was noisy and partying loud and music until about 3:30 in the morning but other than that studio 22 was very very good Enjoyed the day thank you

The only thing that I would change is the mattress it was just very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. Got rather bad backache after but couldn’t fault anything else.

Great location with good transport links close by.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location great for the Tennis Centre and also the University. Tram stop just outside. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would certainly stay there again.

Good location and pretty much everything you could need in the room apart from a television.

A bit noisy with the window open as it was quite warm but it was the end of fresher week so to be expected

If you sleep early, you would not want to stay there.

Cleaner is nice

The toilet is very small. The room is not sound proof, so we hear people talking next door. The light in the toilet turns off quickly so it is quite annoying. The worst thing is that the noisy party next building will not stop until 11 pm. It happened two nights during my 10 day stay.

Clean, cosy and convenient for the university and city.

The property was clean and the hosts left fresh milk, tea, coffee and biscuits so it was great for a short stay, with easy parking outside at weekend and access to tram and university facilities. Staff were very helpful regarding mislaid items.

If windows open, sound of trams may disturb you, but with windows closed it was fine.

Comfortable and convenient

Convenience of the location is a bonus, a stones throw from a tram stop. The kitchenette and shower room were a great addition and the host left us some milk and snacks. The flexibility of the host, as it was a last minute decision to stay in Nottingham and we were accommodated for the night without (hopefully) too much of an issue. We only had spare clothes, so the use of the hosts towels was a bonus as well

I'm a light sleeper, and even with my ear plugs, I could still hear the trams, but that is my issue. My husband slept like a log!!

Nice clean house in great location for visiting the University.

Accommodation nice and clean, with a welcoming simple and stylish decor and everything in good condition. There's an easy check-in with lockbox code, and the location is perfect for visiting the University of Nottingham.

We didn't have any issues but worth being aware that communication can be a bit slow, which isn't an issue in itself provided you have no issues. The ground floor room window has vertical blinds, which didn't feel securely private at night but we didn't have any strange people peering in so that was okay. The tram passes directly outside so you will hear it.

It’s a house but some residents seem to think it’s a hotel and slam doors late at night or start conversations at 4:30. Perhaps a reminder on the door to be quiet could help!

Comfy and friendly rental close to the tram

Very friendly rental, close to the tram stop in Beeston with a direct link to the centre of Nottingham. The centre of Beeston is a 5/10 minute walk away, and Beeston train station is about 12/15 walk away. The rooms (I booked 2 doubles) were clean and very comfortable. The shared bathroom was also clean. The property has nice touches, like a shared kitchen/lounge and the ability to make tea and coffee etc. A really homely feel and a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I will definitely return.

Amazing stay, host very accommodating!!

I had contacted the host to organise early access to set up for my friend’s birthday. They agreed and helped me make it possible! So thankful Rooms very clean and comfortable, nice wardrobe with cloak hangers and lots of space. Theres was complimentary snacks and a hot drink station. There were spare towels for the showers. The showers were also great, loved the over head spout. Very clean. Across the road from a tram station too, very convenient. We would definitely stay again

Decent place at a good rate if you want a no-frills stay!

Nice and cheap, clean and as described.

The only thing I'd have liked is a longer bed. I'm 6"2 and this bed was about 5" too short for me with a wooden post at the end meaning you can't "hang off" the bed and must rest your ankles on the wood at the end which isn't comfortable. Ended up sleeping hunched / diagonally but this isn't really the owners fault.

This place is spotless and smelled amazing!!! Its all perfectly decorated and they proper looked after me. The kitchen is massive and they left complimentary snacks, tea, coffee, toilettries. The place had a great location for where I needed to be. The communication was clear from the host, the access was easy and the bed was comfortable. Very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Beeston. Aby dotrzeć do kampusu uniwersyteckiego, wystarczy przejść przez ulicę. W pobliżu jest Co-op i przystanek tramwajowy. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona wspólna kuchnia. Czyste i przyjemne pomieszczenia. Super! Na pewno tu wrócę!
