Very clean everywhere - fresh and fragrant
Long term tenant having a huge argument with partner after 11pm at night! Complimentary tea and coffee would have been nice. Unclear in kitchen what was communal. The double bed was only 4ft. This should be stated.

Nice and cheap, clean and as described.
The only thing I'd have liked is a longer bed. I'm 6"2 and this bed was about 5" too short for me with a wooden post at the end meaning you can't "hang off" the bed and must rest your ankles on the wood at the end which isn't comfortable. Ended up sleeping hunched / diagonally but this isn't really the owners fault.
