La superficie et la distribution des pièces.
Le bruit de la rue. C’était très bruyant des 6h du matin avec les livraisons, le ramassage des poubelles…
Les matelas qui sont très inconfortables
Impossible d’allumer certains radiateurs car ils étaient verrouillés

We were a big group and it was perfect to sit around the table and the tree bedrooms were comfortable. We loved the location with a lot of cute restaurants and streets in the neighborhood.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable and it was quite light and noisy towards the street. There was not kitchen utilities for everyone. Although two showers, there was only one toilet.

manque d'insonorisation sur la rue ( pour la chambre sur rue, nuisances sonore: livraison superette, commerces de bouche)
manque de lumière ( 2 ampoules sur 3 manquantes)
le rideau de la chambre du milieu qui donne sur le couloir est cassé : manque d'intimité

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht.
Den Schlüssel für die Wohnung kann man in ein Schlüsselfach mit Code legen.
Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung (für 6-8 Personen). Man kann den Schlüssel zwar in eine Schlüsselkiste mit Code legen, aber man kann die Wohnung dann nicht abschliessen, wenn jemand später in der Nacht heimkommt.
Zwei der drei Zimmer haben keine Fenster.
Es gibt nur eine Toilette (aber zwei Duschen).
