Quasiment tout. L'appart est bien situé et au rez-de-chaussée. L'appart ne manque de rien, est grand et chaleureux. La gérante est très sympa et fait du bon travail. Le contact se fait bien. Le tarif n'est pas exagéré.

Le frigo est trop petit, un seul WC/sdb

Le manque d aération avec des odeurs d humidité bien que compensée par des humidificateurs installés dans la chambre en sous sol

The location was very nice. Quiet neighborhood that was still relatively close to the train station. The building was lovely. There was decent space in the apartment, and the decor was very nice. Management is very polite and quick to respond.

We stayed here during the record-breaking heatwave, so most visitors would not have the same experience, but if you are booking in the summer, you should know that it is a possibility. There is no air conditioning in the apartment and while the basement room stayed cool, the main level was uncomfortably hot. We reached out to the manager to see if there was any kind of AC available and there was not - only a few fans provided in the apartment. It did not cool down enough at night to get any kind of respite so the heat from each day just continued to build throughout the week. Also, there is no vent fan for the bathroom, so the humidity and any warm air from the bathroom comes out into the rest of the apartment. The laundry unit also produces heat that is released into the apartment so we felt like we couldn't use that as well but that was one reason we booked the apartment. We were relying on washing our clothes there. Another downside was that we kept getting bit in our sleep. I'm not sure if it was spiders or bedbugs, but I received three bites myself and the children sleeping in the basement bed received multiple bites. On our way out of Paris, one child showed me that they were bit over 10 times in that bed. I reached out to management who said they checked and could not find any bed bugs, so maybe it was spiders? I did see a spider once in the apartment and I killed it, but still, there is something in that apartment that is biting people in their sleep. Ways that management could have improved our stay would have been to bring in a portable AC unit during the record-breaking heat wave. They could improve the stay for future guests by providing some kind of pest control for the apartment.
