While the apartment had ample toilet paper, I would have also liked a roll of paper towels for the kitchen. However, the apartment did have kitchen towels for cleanup.

Wonderful location, stay, communication! Definitely seek out an Edgar Suites location to stay in!

Edgar was an amazing host & his entire staff so helpful! He answered all our requests for advice on everything Paris! The location was perfect. Communication was absolutely the best. Metro or ebiking to center was super ez & ubers were easy to catch for not much either. Markets, restaurants, parks close by. Enjoyed breakfast at nearby cafe, shopped at little market for drinks and snacks, enjoyed cocktails at a cafe on the circle. A family of 5 (2 adult children included) was very comfortable here. The downstairs room made for a great "man cave". The book of info was helpful, candy treat and tote bag also a nice addition we used! Using the washer was nice and detergent offered was a helpful tip Took no laundry home! Super clean, beds comfy. Kitchen is equipped nicely. Felt very safe here and enjoyed being in a residential area too.

There is no a/c and it's a first floor apartment so keeping windows open made it okay for a May stay, but any hotter might be uncomfortable if you're used to a/c. There are fans (which we did not know about until we were leaving so it may have been comfortable to use those rather than have the windows open. The downstairs was cool with no windows so it was nice & comfortable. If you are not an early riser (7am) the street noise w/windows open is going to wake you so be aware. This would not keep me from staying there again, but I thought it might be helpful to know to others.

Paris with family in February

The service and information from Edgar was excellent from beginning to end. The apartment was nice, clean and suited us well. The location was very good. A calm street and the area felt safe. A few minutes walk to Villiers or Europe metro stations. It's about 35 minute walk to the Louvre for instance. Most things needed is close by. We bought fresh baguettes and croissants every morning around Villiers.

A bit cold in the bedroom downstairs. The kitchen had the basic things needed but I would not recommend it for too advanced cooking.

Exceptional

We stayed at Edgar Suites for 6 nights with 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment was fantastic! Plenty of room for all of us. It was warm,comfortable and in a perfect location. We could cook our own meals or head on down the beautiful streets for some tasty treats. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was excellent. It has everything you need! WiFi, washing machine,hair dryer,cooking utensils and more. Thanks so much for your Hospitality Edgar Suites team.

Good find in the center of Paris

Super well located, clean and had good amenities. Easy check in and check out. Got given a free tote bag and chocolates on arrival which was a nice touch. Also liked how you could communicate with the host easily via WhatsApp. Iron and coat hanger available which was great. The shower head fell off as one of the guests tried to adjust the height but this was quickly fixed by one of the team when we let them know.

Missing full length mirror and curtains as shown in picture. The bedroom on the ground floor is noisy and could also benefit from curtains. Heating not working on the ground floor. No smart TV system in place. A Bluetooth speaker would be a great idea for future guests and maybe some basic amenities in the fridge upon check in such as water and milk.

Superb apartment, cozy for a family of four with two teens.

Location of the apartment was excellent, best in town. Spacious apartment in a well to do, safe section of Paris. The courtyard to enter the apartment was very clean and fostered safety. The property manger took the time to explain the functions of the apartment, and was very friendly. I also appreciated fresh linen, which was enough for the four days we stayed in Paris. Lastly, the owner checked in with me constantly to make sure all was well.

There wasn’t enough hot water for a family of four to shower. Last one to shower got cold water.

Perfect stay

Great stay at Edgar's place. Charming decoration, wonderful bedding. The area is perfect, really Parisian, full of local stores and boutiques, walking distance from Champs Elysees and many touristic spots. Edgar is a fantastic host, very caring with a great communication before and during the stay. Check-in / Check-out process went smooth too. Many thanks Edgar, I won't hesitate next time I am in Paris !

Marvellous

This place was a perfect retreat for our family! We would spend busy days visiting beautiful Paris and then rest away from the city in this quiet and comfortable home. The apartment is in a great location, can’t miss it if you want a Parisian experience! The cleaning was flawless, beds and sofa bed so comfortable. The apartment is super well stocked with everything you might need. Edgar was a fantastic host. Would absolutely stay here again!
