Comodo ai servizi ed ai locali(boulangerie), supermercati, (Carrefour, Auchan). Appartamento spazioso. Possibilità di creare spazi e privacy vista la disposizione delle stanze. Ottima per famiglie, per girare e tornare in un ambiente accogliente. Dotato di quasi tutti i servizi, phon, set lavandino cucina, bollitore, macchina caffè con cialde, stoviglie, detersivi, lavastoviglie...
Qualche Doga dei letti da rivedere, un mobiletto bagno da sistemare, qualche accorgimento e qualche rifornimento in più in entrambi i bagni. Apportare maggiori dettagli alla pulizia bagno e rivestimento divano/cuscini, In una stanza il mobile era tanto vicino al letto, magari rivedere sistemazione letto/arredi. Ci vuole davvero poco per creare un ambiente ancora più accogliente e pulito.

Die Lage ist super
Es bedarf einer gründlichen Renovierung. Alles ist abgelebt und im Sommer ohne Klimaanlage ist es unerträglich. (Zusätzlich zur Buchung uber Booking muss man endlos viele anderen Bürokratien erledigen, wie eine Kaution hinterlegen ( kostet Gebühr von 8€) und bei Ankunft eine Ortsbegehung dokumentieren etc.
