Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 74m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Parc Monceau and the Palais Garnier!
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a stove, a fridge, a kettle, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
Wi-Fi is available during your stay.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are used to A/C and we just stayed 4 nights during a heat wave in Paris. We were nervous, but this place is equipped with windows on both sides. Opening the windows created a wonderful breeze throughout the place. Check in was super easy and communication was quick. The place is located right next to the M2 Rome station which made us traveling around Paris feel like pros. The shower was spacious and the floors are beautiful! It’s a place with a lot of character. The beds were also very comfortable. Thanks for having us!
