Ubicacion, muy buena. El apartamento con buena distribucion, 2 habitaciones y un sofacama doble comodo. En la noche hace mucho ruido pues la via los autos pasan rapido. Pero su buena ubicacion, la buena decoracion y la calidad del apartamento superan cualquier situacion. Volveria feliz

La ubicación, la comodidad y la comunicación con la propiedad.
Que es por escalera segundo piso. Cuando filtré en booking seleccioné con asensor, por eso no revisé si este departamento tenía. De todas maneras no fue grave. Lo bueno del lugar lo compensó.

無提供早餐。地點位置非常好，街道對面就是地鐵站入口。無電梯，大門位於GF，住宿位於公寓2F，需爬樓梯。是老公寓，所以房子、梯間老舊，屋內多項電器是壞的(例如客聽的落地立燈無法開燈、循環扇沒有風)。另外，可能是老公寓電線老舊、或電壓不穩，客廳與主卧的天花板崁燈，會一直閃爍，讓人非常不舒服。以上電器狀況，在一入住就反應給客服，客服也說隔日白天有派維修人員處理，但實際狀況並無改善。另外，餐桌搭配的六張椅子，皮革均有破損。客廳的椅子(椅腳)、臥室床舖的床腳，也部份有彎斜，使用時，需留意安全，以免跌倒受傷。廚房有部分碗盤破損。以巴黎市區的交通地點，住宿價格合理，但實際設備狀況，與網頁照片有落差。
屋內的電器、設備狀況，與網頁照片有落差。客廳與主卧的天花板崁燈，會一直閃爍，讓人非常不適。
