E excellent location for tourists. It was neat and comfortable
The property description in Booking.com states that one bedroom has two beds while the other bedroom has two tatamis. In fact both bedrooms have tatamis. Since I have bad knees this posed a real problem and I had to sleep on the couch

Very good location (close to metro, trains, supermarket, shops, izakayas, Ueno Zoo, park & museum), comfortable futons, good size for a family of four
It is a lively area, with some izakayas staying open till 5am. So it is noisy, but the earplugs provided by the property helped a lot
