Cheap
Hard to haul suitcases up to 4F as no elevator, paper thin walls, so noisy at night, asked to remove shoes as advertised as tatami but wooden floors throughout, toilet so tiny, you couldn't do up your trousers without opening door and no room to get up to toilet at night with 3 beds adjoining each other in one room.
