Location is a few minutes walk from the closest station, 10 minutes to Yamanote/Ginza lines and 20-25 minutes to Akihabara/Asakusa. 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Small playground a stone's throw away. Accommodation itself has everything needed in terms of amenities, clean and comfortable. Air con/heating in every room.

Windows let in cold air and outside noise easily as well as rattling from heavy winds. 3rd floor toilet is unusable for adults as the wall is so close to the seat. Some bedrooms need blinds as morning light can be super bright, and the emergency light sign can also be very bright for light sleepers. Stairs are steep as mentioned but this is common for all Japanese properties although it will make carrying heavy luggage down a struggle for less abled people. Also the door hinges need oiling as they can squeak loudly.

Rooms were spacious with Tatami floor and beds. Near to Toei Odeo line shin-Okachimachi station.

The house is located at 1st floor (accesible by stairs). Not adviseable for family with many bags.

Very well located to access most of Tokyo’s attractions. Very quiet neighborhood as well.

The location was great with the station so close and good value for money for the area. Many restaurants and bars close by. Easy to find the key and clear checkin instructions.

There was very little privacy in the room with showers exiting directly into the kitchen areas and hallways. The upstairs toilet cubicle is also very small causing issues with accessibility.
