"The space was enough for us 5 people. Convenient location since the Megurin bus station is just across the street. It was well lit and very clean. It was a wonderful stay."

The room size
The location is a bit more walk from station so gets really tiring after a long day of walk in tokyo
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Beautiful location opposite Ueno park. Very comfortable beds. Essentially a large room (the beds take up half of it) with a small sofa and table, a little kitchen area. Washing machine in the bathroom. Lock box check-in was convenient for late arrival.
No staff on site, but communication was good and quick. Lack of elevator slightly inconvenient with heavy bags but manageable.

We liked the landry and the way the bed was positioned
There was a bad smell in the bathroom..that was the only negative part of this experience

It was decent, could have been cleaned in between places like dust, you can tell under the bed and couch no one cleans underneath. Very small did have everything needed, just a downgrade from other managements we stayed.
The little couch was super uncomfortable. Could be cleaned and some things replaced like the mold on one of the curtains. It gets really hot, muggy, noisy in the morning. The air conditioning did help. We opened the windows, that helped to, but I’d give this place like 2.5.
