空間乾淨寬敞舒服
位置確實不夠便利，雖然離湯島站很近，但其他站都要走點距離，如果拉行李箱可能會比較辛苦。

we wwere looking for an early access on our second stay, however were told that as there was someone leaving that morning it could not be cleaned in time. We did arrive 2 hours early with our bags hovever could not enter the property . We stayed in the foyer for two hours before the door code worked and no one entered the property during that time.
The cleaning was average with hair on the floor and bathroom . we were happy tpo pay extra for early entry however this was rejected .

Clean
5 minutes walk from subway station
Spacious.
Bed was very low and mattress was not comfortable could not sleep in the bed- i hope owner decides to invest in good quality bed and mattress both.
Check in 4 pm too late and as there was no flexibility to get earlier check in at 2 pm even after a well advanced request.
