Large Haussmanian appartment in the heart of Nice

Excellent communication from hosts, lovely lady. The apartment was stunning, spotless and exceeded our expectations. Was given a bottle of wine on arrival, lovely touch. Superb location.

L espace confortable, bel appartement

Great location, clean and comfortable stay. It had all the essentials for your stay, which was great (eg shower gel, shampoo, enough dish washer tablets etc) The hosts were great, very accommodating and helpful.

Excellent location: 10-15 min walk to old town; 10 min to beach; 8 min to tram station, 15 to train station, 5 to grocery store; bakery across the street. VERY spacious interior on a relatively quiet street. The old building has very solid floors & walls & you do not hear neighbors at all. There is some street noise, but not bad for a city. The kitchen is very large & modern. The master has the biggest walk-in closet I have ever seen in a rental!! The flat is one story above the ground, and there is a small elevator. The hostess was incredibly kind and accommodating.

The beds are acceptable, but are somewhat hard and uncomfortable ( I would give the mattress I slept on a B-, but I realize mattresses are very subjective). One of the bedrooms on the street has very light curtains, so street lights and morning light illuminate the room. The largest bathrooms is en suite & couldn’t be used by most guests, due to a granddaughter sleeping in the large master closet! :) Keep in mind that large stroller or standard size wheelchairs would not fit in the old-style cage elevator.
