We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit appartement in Nice! Het appartememt is ruim, licht en gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het strand en het centrum. Het balkon is ook heel fijn en zonnig.

Location was perfect, especially if you are using it as a "home base", and taking the train a lot for day trips; located between the train station and old town; also literally right next to a main tram stop (Jean Medecin); but since this particular station is one of the few that is underground, there is no noise from it at all, and no loiterers. The balcony is very nice and usable--very long and L-shaped (corner unit). Very safe and quiet.
One minor detail: the "dryer" is actually just a drying rack on the balcony; not a real electric dryer. The washer works fine, but if you want a quicker dry, need to go to a local coin laundromat; there are many close by. Definitely not a deal breaker.
