This lovely 2-bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor of a building named Villa Zoë, one of the nicest buildings in the neighbourhoods of Quartier des Musiciens. It is perfect for a family with two or three children, two couples or simply friends visiting Nice. Bathing in light and on most days in sunshine, it is 5 to 20 minutes walking distance from all central spots and attractions in Nice. The building is quiet and recently refurbished.

The space
The apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances, high quality mattresses and linen, two spacious and quiet bedrooms.
The kitchen has an induction stove, a modern oven, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and Italian moka coffee makers for 4 and 6 persons. You will also find all pots and pans needed to make proper meals. The Habitat Moder round dining table can be extended to seat 6 persons.
There is one bathroom with a bathtub and one separate toilet.
The TV set has access to all popular Internet sites and Netflix, as well as a multitude of channels. A bluetooth loudspeaker Marshal Stockwell can be paired with your phone, tablet or laptop, by finding and connecting to device named Stockwell.
There is one A/C unit in the living room, one in the master bedroom and one in the other bedroom.
There is also a high quality air purifier.

Other things to note
The building is clean and quiet. Please refrain from noise on the staircase. There is an elevator in the building but to access it you have to climb a short marble stair. The trash bins are to the right of the building entrance, after a small gate and you will have the key to that section of the courtyard. One bin is for general household waste and the other for recycling.
