Very central location

Bathroom light was very dull

The Apartment is well equipped and it is in a good location (noisy but nearby the main square and the beaches).

The exhibition pictures should be updated. Some things can be easily fixed or resolved, for example cleaning the AC Filter will reduce its noise, also replacing the not working lamps. A better sofa in the living room!

the location was amazing, this was the best option the apartment had going for it.

the air conditioner was too small for the apartment and did not keep it cool, it cold never reached the bedroom and ceiling fan onnbedroom not adequate to cool on hot days which made the bedroom impossible to sleep ( and the ceiling fan in living room was broken). The sofa bed which was next to air conditioner was awful, uncomfortable, and lumpy. the bidet in bathroom was also broken. We stayed 2 weeks and 3,000 was way too expensive ( especially with all things that were broken in apartment). We go to Nice every year and will look for other accomodations. I will say the owner was great he communicated by text and he always got back to me- no issues there.
