Serenita apartment 1

Très bon emplacement. Gentille voisine Proche de la marina et du centre-ville sans les inconvénients sonores. Très bonne literie .

Appartement très déco , mais pas toujours fonctionnel. Pas de torchon ni de balai , mais il suffit de demander .

Établissement bien placé non loin du centre-ville

Location sans balcon, pour faire la cuisine, c’est un peu précaire. Pas de four uniquement que des deux plaques pour cuisiner, c’est un peu juste pour faire de la cuisine dans le logement. Beaucoup d’humidité au niveau de la cuisine et de la salle de bain.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was good.

The apartment description is misleading. The apartment is not on the beach front. There is no sea view from the apartment. One of the photos of the kitchen shows a window in the kitchen area. This must be from a different apartment as there is only one window in the whole apartment, next to the front door. The apartment description says there is outdoor furniture. There is, it is in the dining area but there is no where to sit outside. There is no where to dry towels so they are always damp. The apartment is best described as a basement studio flat. It is dark and feels damp. It was cold, there was no heating and not enough bedding for early April i.e. a sheet and a thin cover. The kitchen is in a narrow corridor. The only cooking facilities is a two ring induction hob. There is only one plug so you have to unplug the kettle to plug in the hob. The information sent to me before arrival said that I had to pay an additional mandatory city fee of 8 euros a day preferably paid in cash. When I questioned this with the owner he said sorry it was an old message he should have changed it. There is a movement sensor light outside the front door. This switches on and off during the night when wind blows or a cat or person walks past the door. All in all it was a disappointing stay and I would not recommend staying at Serenita 1 apartment.
