L'amabilité et la disponibilité de l'hôte. La situation de l'appartement : au centre d'Agios Nikolaos, très proche du lac, du bord de mer.
Le confort de l'appartement, la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer (sur le côté).

At first I was taken aback by the fact that my room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. But when I managed to drag my luggage up to the third floor, I saw the terrace and the view and it was worth it! I also appreciated the washing machine and the kitchen was well equipped.
It would have been nice to know that it's up on a hill from town and then 3 stories up stairs. I'm 73 and am in good shape, thank goodness, or I wouldn't have been able to do it. But the manager was very helpful and immediately answered any concerns via Whatsapp.

El alojamiento se encuentra en lo alto del lago Voulismeni, al ladito del centro. Es un apartamento grande y espacioso. Dispone de una amplia habitación con cama de matrimonio, un comedor con una sofá cama, la cocina, el baño y una gran terraza donde desayunamos todos los días. Es como estar en casa. La cocina dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Estuvimos muy a gusto y la anfitriona fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Intentó conocernos en varias ocasiones pero no coincidimos. Nos dejó un detalle que agradecimos mucho. Se puede encontrar sitio para aparcar al lado.
