Friendly welcome The flat is clean and well looked after

No AC in the main bedroom, so our first night was very warm

A lovely apartment with its own entrance and own terrace on a quiet side street. The windows had mosquito nets, which was a big plus! Post office and two big supermarkets one block away, smaller mini market across the road. Tucked away (a 10-minute walk away) from the touristic center, good restaurants even closer on the Ammos beach/harbor. Peaceful and quiet, but still close to everything - perfect for us!

This property is ideal for short or long term periods as it has a very well thought through layout & has everything you could possibly need, I felt right at home from the outset. The neighbourhood is quiet & off the typical tourist hubbub & a great way to experience Agios Nikolaos as a resident, not just as a visitor. The area has great facilities for take out or home cooking & is just a short walk into the town centre & beaches. The owner George is friendly without being intrusive & is, quite rightly, proud of the accommodation he provides for his guests. I have family & friends in Crete & was able to invite them to join me for meals or drinks. Having a good size veranda was ideal as I enjoy outside living but if the weather was bad there was also plenty of room inside, not that it was.

I'm at a loss to think of anything that could have been better.

Host very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and very close to the city center, less than 10min walking.
