Summer Retreat Ground floor

Great location: 3 min walk to excellent beach. Flexibility to use sofabed in lounge instead of 3rd person in the double bed. Good kitchen facilities. Plenty of Larder edibles provided (olive oil/salt/pepper/herbs etc). Also starter pack of fruit & cake/biscuit. Good clothes washing & outside drying facilities. Friendly owner willing to clean apartment & change sheets 1/2 way through 8 day holiday. Manager provided digital info. on events to entertain.

Single bed not as comfortable as double.

Appartement, locatie en nanij gelegen strand/zee. Alles tot genoegen.

Perfect location (3 min to the beach, 2 min to the bakery, 2 min to the perfect gyros place, 4 min to the pharmacy, 4 min to a supermarket and butcher, 3 min to a nice goat milk ice cream cafe) Spacious Ground floor (i am on crutches) Very well equipped kitchen Extremely service minded stuff members Clear instructions Private terrace on one side of the apartment and a possibility to use table and chairs on another (street) side Bathtub Efficient air conditioning but we did not use it much, it was not hot inside the apartment Free parking places on the streets near by. We intended to use paid municipal parking but we did not have to. Great quality-price ratio

I have experienced a little lack of fresh air and sunlight in the kitchen, so had to keep the door to the street open, and it felt a little awkward. It was a little tricky with the hot water - it could have been always available, we just needed to learn to use a boiler in the right times. But those are very minor things and I feel us very lucky for finding this apartment available. It covered all our needs.

The host was very kind. The house was very well equiped and the house very well located.
