W centrum, blisko jeziora i morza. W pobliżu wiele restauracji ale okolica cicha. Parking przy ulicy, nigdy nie bylo problemów z zaparkowaniem (czerwiec 2026) jednak na stromej jednokierunkowej ulicy tam więc każdorazowo cofając paliłem sprzęgło. Dymiło się niemiłosiernie 😀 W salonie wentylator sufitowy podobnie jak w sypialni plus klimatyzacja (sypialnia). Nie bylo potrzeby używać.
Taras wewnętrzny mało użytkowy.

Deosebit de frumos amenajat și curat Apartament nou dotat cu toate utilitățile și mici atenții din partea proprietarei (cafea espresso, ceai, șervețele demachiante etc) Posibilitatea de a spala rufele Am avut o ședere relativ scurta dar ne-a plăcut foarte mult. Cu siguranta vom reveni 🤗
Singurul aspect mai puțin pozitiv este poziția apartamentului deoarece nu are priveliște și strada pe care este situat este cam în panta.
