Close enough to walk at night from the Paris de Nord train station. Great to have the whole apartment to ourselves. Complimentary coffee was an absolute bonus! It was clean and tidy and spacious.
Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper in the WC, but a quick message to the owner (late at night), we discovered that there was paper in the hallway cupboard.

Great Location! Cute apartment with a great kids room. For anyone travelling with kids in a pram/stroller and luggage, it’s in the back building up a flight of stairs (no lift) so plan the transition accordingly. Easily accessible wifi, we didn’t get mobile reception in that part of the street so it was very handy.
We were there during a heatwave and we couldn’t find any fans, it was very uncomfortable. We messaged the owners to ask if there was any but got no response. We left the windows open but then you are looking into the neighbours apartment and listening to the hilarious karaoke. Shower is VERY small. If you are pregnant or plus size, the doors don’t open very wide. Keep that in mind.
