The apartment gave me the chance to enjoy Paris on my own terms. I was able to cook for myself, enjoy evening shows in French on-demand, and easily get around the city center by nearby Metro. Communication with the property manager was always prompt and positive. I enjoyed living my Parisian dream here for a few days.
I really only have the smallest of observations, the first being that in the early morning the street outside can be a bit noisy with trash pick-up and deliveries. As Paris does not really wake up until a bit later in the morning, I would have preferred to have slept in a little bit more. The only other thing I would say is the hallway is a bit dark when coming back in the evenings. Otherwise, it was great!

Très bon emplacement pour visiter, accéder au métro et à la gare du Nord, à proximité des commerces (traiteurs, épicerie, étals de fruits et légumes), bel appartement clair et confortable.
Mauvaises indications pour récupérer les clés. Pas de mot de bienvenue et de consignes pour les choses pratiques : où mettre les matières recyclables ou déchets, où trouver les commerces d’alimentation ou la bouche de métro la plus proche,…
La vaisselle et les comptoirs n’étaient pas propres. Papier de toilette et essuie-tout en quantité minimale. La cafetière contenait encore une capsule usagée.

Spacious apartment, comfy with all necessary equipments especially in the kitchen. Very good internet wifi.
Close to Gare du Nord (for RER to/ from the airport) and Montmartre (for evening walks :) ).
NOTE: The apartment keys you can collect from a locker located in Carrefour market (you will obtain more details from the host).
I would definetly stay HERE again if I come back to Paris! ;)
It can get pretty noisy early in the morning because the garbage trucks and the pavement washing.
The bathtub could be a little bit small for a bigger person.
