Located in the best area ever of Paris City Center, next to the famous Rue des Martyrs at the bottom of Montmartre, this flat is the ideal place to enjoy the real Parisien lifestyle for short and long stay! Relax, close your eyes, you are already in the "Bo-Bo" arrondissement!
My flat has been completely renovated and all the equipment are new and modern. It is located at the first floor with double exposure (on a quiet courtyard and on the street) in an old typical parisian building. The apartment has an entrance hall with beautiful tiled serving all the other rooms:
- 1 living room with parquet flooring, moldings, a sofa bed and a design table with 4 chairs to enjoy lovely lunch and dinner;
- 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a large flat screen TV, a shelf, a large wardrobe and a chest.
- 1 bathroom with a large shower and washbasin. The restroom is separated for more comfort.
- 1 kitchen fully equipped with the possibility of taking your meal there thanks to the dining table.
This apartment has been tastefully refurbished in a design and Parisian style.
The Rue des Martyrs is lovely, you will enjoy shopping in all the independent stores, particularly lively on Sunday morning, or simply wander around and enjoy the atmosphere at an outdoor bistrot! There is also easy access to transportation, grocery stores open late, cafes and brasseries in the bottom of the building, supermarket and several excellent French bakeries.
The flat is next to the church of the Sacré Coeur where you will enjoy a magnificent view over Paris, the Pigalle district, lively folk, and finally the Moulin Rouge in 10 minutes by foot!
You can also reach various sights of the capital in a few minutes: Galeries Layette, the Opera Garnier, the Tuileries Gardens or the Louvre Museum.
You are clearly located in the most reachable area of Paris!
Nearby you can take the Metro (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) or the B, D, E lines of the RER. There is a Velib 'station just outside the main door. Many buses are passing by there and last but not least, night buses are working all night long!
