This cozy studio 24m2 with Eiffel Tower view, is composed of a kitchenette equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and other utilities for your convenience. You'll be in a quiet place and enjoy an unobstructed view with greenery.
There is a cushy sofa and a flat-screen tv where you can relax after a day in the city.
The comfy cupboard bed comes with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and will optimized the space of the flat during your stay.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

Shoppers head to the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores, and the old-world covered passages along the Grand Boulevards. In hip South Pigalle, gourmet restaurants give way to intimate museums that include the Musée Gustave Moreau.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
