Good location which was walkable to the city centre if you're reasonably fit, or other public transport. Responsive host, even going the extra mile to respond to feedback. Close to other amenities, e.g. restaurants, supermarket and a gelateria.
Issues with the lift in the building (not convenient with a buggy but would have otherwise not been an issue), the key only seeming to make it travel up from the ground floor not down from the second floor. Some of the windows don't close snuggly, so the car horns and public transport noise could wake a light sleeper when it starts early in the morning.
