Very nice location. Just 1 step from the metro. Has elevator. Spacious.
The apartment is very tired, and it seems like they do not maintain it at all. The toilet seat was completely detached, several lights were burned out, and the bathroom sink faucet was broken and loose, yet left unrepaired. It feels like they don't fix anything at all and only do basic cleaning. To make matters worse, there are very few light fixtures, making the entire place incredibly dark.

Super apartament, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Przyjazny właściciel oraz bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem. Doskonała lokalizacja blisko Koloseum oraz dobre kafejki na śniadania :)
